Last Thursday 6/11/09 the TPR (Termination of Parental Rights) was signed and delivered to the court. Which means Hailey's birth parents have no legal right to her. She will be in our family forever and no one can change that!
The TPR is really the last hurtle to get over before you can officially say there are no more worries. She will become Hailey Ann Lamers when the state of Wisconsin allows us to adopt her on paper which will be in November of this year. But according to the adoption agency this is it. She is ours!
We are so blessed and thank everyone who has been on this journey with us through thoughts and prayers. God really has out done himself this time=)
